Particularly, the draft laws on amendments to the laws “On fish and other aquatic living resources and food products from them”, "On safety and quality of food" re issuance of veterinary documents (Reg. No. 2202a); on amendments to clause 4 of section ХХІ of “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Customs Code of Ukraine (re establishment of favorable conditions for implementation of an integral part of the National project “The City of the Future” – the “InterMedicalEcoCity” project) (Reg. No. 2270a); on amendments to section ХХ of “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Tax Code of Ukraine (re establishment of favorable conditions for implementation of an integral part of the National project “The City of the Future” – the “InterMedicalEcoCity” project) (Reg. No. 2038a).
Following the results of discussion, the Committee members took the decision to uphold the draft laws that stipulate temporary introduction of several tax and customs privileges for the participants of the project.
The respective conclusions shall be referred to the specialized committees.
